DORNOW Builds Fifth Generation of Roller Peeling Machines
Sturdy construction: Service life 20 years or more!
Some
25 years ago we designed the first roller peeling machines
in Europe - at that time a much sought-after new development
which achieved a good deal of attention.
Some
15 years ago we were the first the world over to design
roller peeling machines working without water. This was a
sensation! This development has saved, now as before, costs
and problems to many companies.
We
have constantly improved our machines and are building today
roller peeling machines which can give a good service for 20
years or more...
The
5th generation has
a sturdy construction and is even more successful! It can
peel in most fields of application without water and has a
more than robust structure!
There
is no trouble as far as the exchange of the peeling rollers
is concerned. The special design makes sure that the staff
can hardly make any mistakes on the re-mounting...
Before
supplying a machine, your personnel can be instructed here
or the training takes place during the assembly work.
What
is more: The carborundum re-coating can be done by your own
staff. If required, we will guide your technical personnel!
We
made a point to provide all our roller peeling machines with
very strong drive mechanisms that are distinguished by some
further special innovations; of course, we cannot go into
particulars here.
The
bearings are outside the wet zone and are especially
protected against the penetration of starch, foreign
substances, water etc.
The
5th generation is
available in many sizes and with different peeling rollers.
We are sure to have the right machine for your company, too.
DORNOW

reality they are very good value on account of their sturdy
construction and long service life...
