The potato chips are offered with various spice mixtures.

In the text on the packing it is especially emphasized that the chips (GB: crisps) are "hand cooked" (fried by hand), i. e. they were not produced in an automatically working fryer. Moreover, it is pointed out that the chips were cut "thick".  

The "traditional way of production" of these potato chips is used as an advertising medium. In England, in the USA and in some other countries these "hand cooked" chips are getting increasingly popular. 
These potato chips can be produced in the DORNOW batch fryers of the "Industry" series. - Please ask for further information material.
