34.     Potato perls "minis" - very small potatoes, peeled

These pre-cooked "potato perls" ("minis") were taken from a pack from of a major trading company (Metro, company: á la carte GmbH, Düsseldorf). The product can be peeled particularly smoothly, sparingly and with little waste even when using our mechanical peeling machines. When dealing with waxy potatoes, we can peel them mechanically even after cooking! This way the flavours largely are not lost from inside the potato! (Photos: these potatoes were not peeled with DORNOW machines.)
