43.     Turnips, unpeeled and peeled

Turnips, peeled with a "MSS" peeling machine, which can quickly be altered by exchanging the peeling tools for peeling  other tubers (partially cooked), root vegetables, onions, partly fruit and other tropical fruit.  Turnips can also excellently be peeled with the roller peeling machines R-OW series (section A.-1.1) and series "100" (section A.-1.32).
