"Blade peeling" (knife peeling) on peeling rollers

Unfair competition

Ladies and Gentlemen,

You promise in leaflets and other publications and in offers of your company that you are in a position to deliver peeling machines with peeling rollers, the rollers of which can peel partly by means of carborundum, partly by means of "blades" ("knives").

Please take into consideration that your “knives” or "blades" are not really knives, but at the most scraping tools, that try to scrape, to rasp off the peels, and parts of a potato or other products.

The use of the term “knife peeling” in this case is misleading.

According to my opinion this is unfair competition by operating with the term “knife peeling”.

The results of knife peeling are little thin slices of the peeled product.

I herewith categorically request you to delete immediately from now on the term “knife peeling” from your leaflets, scripts, mailings, offers etc., in the German language “Messerschälung”. My request also applies to all translations.
