Mangoes, which are qualitative no longer acceptable for supermarkets, DORNOW peeled for the juice  industry. The remaining peelings don't bother by the production to juice. - If the good should be more  clean, the good can stay longer in the peeling machine or can be re-peeled by hand with a knife.
