Peel control device DORNOW - SKG (1168) for the detection of irregular peeling of tubers and some other fruits within the peeling machines, especially for the detection of an eventual plain peeling (clod generation), leading to unnecessary financial losses -
Material: stainless steel.

The peeling control device SKG allows the easy identification and measurement of the tubers, especially of potatoes before and after the peeling.
In this manner it easily can be detected, whether the machine in use tends to one side peeling or whether it is possibly misused. One side peeling means that unnecessary waste will be produced, which can lead to high financial losses.
