It will successfully avoid oxidation of the peeled products. The products keep their natural freh colour.

DRYWITE is used for:
Potatoes, French Fries, Hash Browns, Apples, Pears, Peaches, Mushrooms,
Bananas, and most kinds of vegetables used for cooking, frying or baking.
