Pears, peeled in our Peeling Test Center. The form of the raw material was more roundish, which proved to be favourable during the peeling process.

Peeling waste: This can be affected by shorter or longer peeling time. It also depends on the quality of the pears.

Pears of poor outside appearance can be peeled with a somewhat higher peeling waste.
