Peeling pineapples with multi-disc peeling machines (MSS)


Peeling is also possible with the already described MSS blade-type version machines (section A.-1.2). If fruit are firm and cooled to 4°C, further peeling than visible on photo is possible.

The Multi-Disc Peelers "MSS" (section A.-1.2) are also universal peeling machines: just by exchanging the peeling tools, they can be used for peeling potatoes and other root vegetables, tubers (partially cooked) and onions, as well as some fruit and even tropical fruit.
