Multi-disc peeling machines "MSS" (subsection 1.2)  are suitable for peeling firm (hard) varieties of apples.

Picture 3 shows partly peeled apples (with knifes). The intention was, to remove the red peel just partially.

The universal machines "MSS" are also suitable for peeling potatoes and other root vegetables, tubers (partly cooked), also for onions, partly for fruit and tropical fruit after changing the peeling tools.

After three-day peeling tests with various sorts of apples (also longish ones) in our Peeling Test Center,

a well-known processor of apples decided to buy two multi disc peeling machines MSS-BX.

- The tests proved that almost all sorts of apples bought at the Duesseldorf wholesale market could be peeled.
