For over 40 years we have been supplying machines and complete production systems for the production of potato chips (UK: crisps).

We specialize in supplying systems of small to medium capacity, which are especially interesting for countries with little or no experience in the field of potato processing.

When designing our systems, we place special emphasis on preserving the natural flavor of the natural produce to be fried. The final product should have  "home-made" qualities. Through industrial mass production those "home-made" characteristics are usually lost.

In the systems described here, every process can be performed completely automatically (raw produce reception, peeling, inspection, cutting, sorting, cooling), except for the frying process itself. Large batch fryers are filled manually and emptied. This "natural" mode of production guarantees the "home-made" character of the fried product.
