41.     Carrots, intact and peeled

Carrots, peeled smooth with a "MSS" peeling machine, which can quickly be altered by exchanging the peeling tools for peeling other tubers (partially cooked), root vegetables, onions, partly fruit and other tropical fruit (please see section A.-1.2).  Carrots can also be peeled with the roller peeling machines R-OW series (section A.-1.1) and series "100" (section A.-1.32), if requested very smooth.
