original DORNOW construction, available in nearly all sizes
    Peeling roller diameter approx. 100 mm, length of the rollers usually 3000 mm
   
Available in the following sizes: length of the rollers from 2000 up to 3000 mm, diameter 
of the screw conveyor from 500 up to 2500 mm

Standard peeling without waste water
   
Continous, mechanical peeling of potatoes, carrots, beetroots (red beets) 
(boiled and unboiled), onions, root celery (celeriac), cassava, manioc, 
tapioca, oranges and pineapples (partially frozen) and other tubers, 
root vegetables and fruits
   
The machines are suitable for cleaning of root vegetables and tubers, 
i.e. sugar beets for the production of fermentation gas without waste water 
(see section E.-20.3)

DORNOW roller peeling machine R3012-100KK-S150, actually one of the largest peeling machines. Length of the rollers 3000 mm.   This large DORNOW roller peeling machine is suitable for peeling beetroots (red beets) (boiled), root celery (celeriac), carrots,  and after peeling roller exchange, also for partially boiled baby carrots and baby beets (Type R3010-100KK-S120).

Roller peeling machine R803-100KK-S80. The additional side-mounted intake with swivelling feeding chute is particularly distinctive. Here, discarded potatoes are re-fed into the machine for re-peeling.
