Bad potatoes with sprouts, oversoft (see above) peeled in one of the most modern European potato peeling factories,

with a complete DORNOW peeling plant with a combined carborundum/blade peeling system.

Peeling machines: 1. Roller peeling machine R503-100KK-S50 and 2. blade peeling machine MSS-AM

The potatoes to be seen in the rack trolley, in vacuum foil packages have been pasteurized in a so-called hot air 
steaming cabinet. Therefore, they have been preserved for some time.
