40.     Onions, unpeeled and peeled

Peeled with the onion peeling machine "MSS-Z" with newly developed onion  peeling discs. The machine can quickly be altered by exchanging the peeling tools for peeling other tubers (partially cooked), onions, root vegetables, partly fruit and other tropical fruits (please see section A.-1.2). Neck and base has been cut before peeling by machine (please see section D.-15.11 and D.-15.12). Before photographing the peeled onions loose peel has been removed. - The pictures have been taken in August 2007 - new German onions. Suitable for peeling onions is also our smaller machine 20 Z (section A.-1.6).
