Carborundum, blade-type and onion peeling versions. The universal peeling machines can be quickly 
converted by the user to carborundum, blade and onion peeling machines. They can be delivered 
fully automatic or as manual operation versions. Without water or with water mist. 
Peeling without waste water is in most cases possible !

Carborundum and blade-peeling disc (total length of peeling blades approx. 3.600 mm!), installable in the peeling machines 20K, 20M, 20Z and 20U. Carborundum peeling discs may also be coated with very fine grain (= very smooth results). Models K and Z are also available as larger model "35". 4b				Before peeling of the onions with the onion peeling disc, the roof and leaf nodes have to be removed by hand or with machine TT (please see section D.-15.11). When peeling onions, an attachment with compressed air nozzles is fitted to machine "20" (compressor required).

Onion peeling machine 20T-AT-NS, fully automatically. It will continuously be charged by the feeding hopper (photo 4c).		Basic feeding hopper of the onion peeling plant, latest technology.

Two 20M-AT-MS machines.  Automatic filling via conveyor belt is possible (see below)! Available also as  20K-, 20Z (onion peeling) and 20U-version.		Machine 20-AT-OS Filling: as 20M-AT-MS is possible !  see below).		The peeling waste from our machines looks like this or something similar to this when peeling is done without water or with water vapour.

The peeling machine 35K-AT-MS is the bigger sister of the "20" machine series. Here fully automatic model. Peeling capacity 600-1000 kg/h raw material potatoes.	Here you can see the peeling machine of the series “35” as described on the left side as part of a complete peeling line, delivered into an area close to Paris: bin with feeding hopper, peeling machine, roller inspection table, conveyor belt.

Potato peeling machine 20K-AT-MS / 20M-AT-MS / 20Z-AT-MS / 20U-AT-MS with automatic filling out of a storage bin, installed into a mostly automatic operating peeling plant. At the end of this plant: a cutting machine (mobile) and a preservation and filling device.

Peeling machine 20K-AT-MS (or 20M-AT-MS, 20Z-AT-MS or 20U-AT-MS), automatic mode of operation with inspection bench, set up on a platform. Conversion of the machines to another peeling method is, in principle, possible. If you are considering making a purchase, please let us know your precise requirements. Larger models of the series K and Z can be delivered with the marking “35”.	Fully automated onion peeling systems with conveyor belt, weighing hopper, with onion peeling machines 20Z1-AT-MS and 20Z2-AT-MS, with conveyor belt and roller inspection bench. - Before being fed into the line, the root and leaf notes of the onions are removed with the topping and tailing machine TT. - The machine is also supplied e.g. for peeling potatoes with machine models 20K (carborundum pre-peeling) and 20M (blade peeling).
