12.      Apples, unpeeled and peeled
12.1.   Apples, unpeeled, peeled with MSS machines.

12.2.   Red apples, unpeeled, peeled, (deliberately peeled with only approx.  5 % of waste).
The red colour of the apples interferes with the production of a certain product.		The red apples, deliberately peeled with a blade peeling machine with only approx. 5 % of waste, are, in this condition, acceptable for further processing to a brand product.
