For steaming potatoes and other varieties of tubers and root vegetables in vacuum-drawn bags and other packages



Multi-functional cabinet for steaming, combi-cooking / rethermalising, convection, low-temperature cooking, regenerating, frying and baking, especially suitable for steaming potatoes and other tubers and root vegetables in vacuum-drawn plastic bags (package size 5 kg each), including 2 custom-made rack trolleys with 14 sets of inserts each.

Performance example:

Peeled potatoes in plastic bags, contents 5 kg each, 28 bags in approx. 35 minutes at constant operation. The unit is delivered with two rack trolleys in order to ensure uninterrrupted operation, thus achieving a higher capacity.

Processed foods: potatoes, carrots, etc, cooked in foil, are produced in these cabinets.
